Ivette plays a key role in answering customer questions and keeping operations running smoothly. Congratulations on this milestone, Ivette! We're so happy to have you as part of the Knotts family.

Tell us about what you do: 
I manage the customer service department, shipping department, and reception.
I work closely with the outside sales reps and handle some of our key accounts. I also
handle special discounting from our vendors for our customers and review open orders and
purchase orders. I often wear many hats!

What’s a recent challenge a customer brought you and how did you solve it?
Sometimes the biggest challenge is getting material out to customers quickly. Fortunately, we have great vendors. We work together as a team with our vendors to take care of orders in a timely manner.

Why have you invested so many years of your career with Knotts? 
My longevity here has to do with the people I work with. I have grown fond of them, appreciate them
and we have become a family.
