Built within a simple, compact valve body is a frictionless design that doesn’t use any sliding parts that will wear out, create variability and ultimately fail over time. This design provides applications with excellent resolution to overcome sticktion and inertia, ultimately achieving superior performance with a high end-gain and faster responsiveness.

ProControl Proportional Valves precisely control air or gas flow across a broad range of applications by using DC current, open- or closed-loop control, or even PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). The unique Humphrey design responds accurately and consistently to any adjustment of current with low hysteresis results and improved control in either direction of flow.

ProControl Proportional Valves are a compact flexible solution for controlling air, vacuum, and inert gases, but also many reagents and corrosive fluids. The valve armature and body are plated to process corrosive media. All wetted surfaces are inert materials with tight sealing characteristics. Stainless steel wetted materials are available for water and corrosive liquids.
