Introducing Humphrey's NEW 193 Balanced Valve Series

Humphrey Products announces the introduction of the 193 Balanced Solenoid Valve Series — the 19mm version of the 15mm 153 model, and our next addition to the balanced direct acting valve series.

Larger but like the 153, the 193 was developed for maximum utility. Each 3-port solenoid valve meets a variety of functions with its multi-purpose classification. It boasts significantly more flow than the 153 (153: 0.25Cv; 193: 0.65Cv), while fitting into tight spaces with its 19mm size. The reasonable price point makes 193 a great value to OEMs and end users in a variety of market segments.

The 193 is a balanced-poppet design, which means all internal forces generated by the pressurized media have been neutralized. Expect the valve to have a very stable performance regardless of media fluctuations, mild contamination, or porting choices. Not many competitors can say that. Plus, Humphrey’s stringent requirements for extremely low 4ccm leak rates apply.

Besides an attractive product to sell in the market, a single 193 from your inventory can apply to a number of customer needs:

• 2- or 3- way service
• Normally closed or normally open function
• Diverter function
• Selector function
• Clean or not so clean air
• Applicable for the fully pressure range to 125 psi, including vacuum

The 193 model is the second of six valves scheduled for the Balanced Solenoid Valve Series. Look for other models to be rolled out over the next six months.
