What’s a recent challenge a customer (or internal Knotts Team) brought you and how did you solve it?

Being a liaison between manufacturer and customer helping to design and implement products to machine builders making their jobs easier.

Why have you invested so many years of your career with Knotts? 
I've been treated fairly and even though I have demanding customers, I have developed great relationships with them.
