We have a number of teammates who have been with Knotts for several decades. Among them is Donna Borrelli. We are grateful to have Donna in our Knotts family, as she is essential to keep our company running smoothly. Tell us about what you do:
Manage the Accounts Receivables, which involves knowing the history of our customers. Being a liaison between Knotts Employees and the customers. By being a diplomat in securing payment from customers as soon as possible.
What else have you done at Knotts over your tenure?
Handling of new accounts, invoicing, credit cards, reconcile checks to customers account,
updating employee list, phone list, handling of switchboard & mail, Notary Public & stocking of vending machine.
What’s a recent challenge a customer (or internal Knotts Team) brought you and how did you solve it?
Having something in the vending machine for everyone - with special diets today it can be mind boggling when shopping for goodies.
What made you stay here so long?
Each day can be a challenge and a learning experience which I look forward to. It keeps the day from being boring.
What you love most about working at Knotts?
There is a family dynamic here at Knotts, most of us have been here for quite awhile and share history together.
