What made you stay here so long? Every day is different, but mostly the people - employees, customers, and our supplier partners make it enjoyable. Plus, ownership helps.
What you love most about working at Knotts? The camaraderie, we are a family with a common goal. I believe in having fun and enjoying what you do and we try to have that environment here at Knotts. Life is too short to take seriously all the time. We work hard, are advocates for our customers and supplier partners, be professional and still try to have fun.
What is your favorite Knotts memory? Winning my first of four Salesman of the Year awards as a young man against a few seasoned sales veterans.
